How fast are Population-Rich-Nations overtaking the Knowledge-Rich-Nations?
A century can make a colossal difference: Global economic recovery demands economic intellectualism to embrace futurism, where tectonic power shifts start moving from 'knowledge-rich-nations' to 'population-rich-nations,' creating a massive global change in financial behavior worldwide. How will all this unfold, what rapid adjustments are needed, and what new goals need targeting?
The Population-Rich-Nations, primarily Asian nations, during the last century considered they were cursed, visibly under the burden of extreme poverty, struggling to feed hungry mouths. Today that extra population is now considered a blessing. When citizens armed with mobile tools emerge as online transactional profit centers, humming and trading with billions of devices twinkling across the world, such buzzing is now visible and measured as economic vibrancy.
The hidden powers: There is massive uplift of grassroots prosperity, along with up-skilling of exporters and re-skilling of manufacturers; today's population-rich nations are now rising economically with global reach. With the digital world already shrunk into their pockets and the portability of business models installed at every turn of the corners, the highly populated clusters happily rise during the days and shine at night. In masses, they are learning the art of creating value, productivity, performance, and profitability. Unlimited rains of accessible technologies creating pools of untapped entrepreneurial powers; today, population-rich nations are rapidly gaining unique brilliant mindsets and mobilization powers to lead this century. National mobilization of entrepreneurialism is visibly alive around the clock gaining global access.
The Knowledge-Rich-Nations: mainly developed nations from the West, highly educated and with century-long standings on higher standards of living, heavily relied upon image supremacy of knowledge but today harshly tested as the power of knowledge no longer a bargain chip, now gone globally generic. The Knowledge-Rich-Nations are still boxed in superiority, some visibly confused, some crypto-driven, and some witnessing their prosperity and civil order in sharp decline. Now comes the ideological testing; futurism demands futuristic literacy; therefore, mathematically speaking, the economic modeling of the West has failed, and the creative development of the economy based on fancy schemes only created the towers of debt.

The bigger losses: But the most significant loss is creating a lost generation, missing out on national mobilization of entrepreneurialism and therefore needing help to stand up to the global age of competitiveness. Most government economic development agencies of the Western economies loaded in debt are mostly the sing-song parades of the dance movements.
The new world order of trade & commerce: Why is it essential to decipher the small and medium enterprise economic sector as the single most significant revenue contributors to the national economy? What unique and entrepreneurial skill sets are needed to manage such economic intelligentsia? The big picture
The United States: Just a century ago, the United States of America was a nation where its largest and booming economy consisted of only many millions of small and medium business enterprises. The fact remains unchanged that every single big business in the world of today was once only a small unknown tiny business.
Nevertheless, in regards to the USA, no other country could ever produce such a pleasant, widely accepted, powerful, and super prosperous entrepreneurial society which carved the image supremacy of the USA to last centuries. Over centuries, some 100 nations still need help to copy their model and create an SME entrepreneurial culture. Hold this thought for a minute.
China: Only a few decades ago, China had nothing but wide open seas and oceans of SMEs driving the entire economic engines. China spent trillions of dollars but not in wars or extreme sci-fi hallucinations of hedge funding crypto-tyrannies but in hardcore infrastructures primarily dedicated to facilitating the SME order of value creation, designed to bring productivity, performance, and profitability, while up-skilling exporters and re-skilling manufacturers and created 500 million enterprises ready for micro-trade, micro-exports, and micro-manufacturing.
Regular public executions of highly senior government officials for corruption also helped drive SME growth further because prompt elimination of corruption helped SMEs navigate into bureaucracies smoothly. Such bold policies allowed the small to transform into significant and more extensive operations under fair and just systems to become full-fledged industries. As a result, China is now a superpower nation.
India: Notice India and how it is positioning its current largest SME population within a nation to achieve quadrability on productivity, performance, and profitability and become a shiny global power.
One Billion: Now put all this together and attempt to surrender to how and why a new world of billion SMEs will thrive by 2030 and how grassroots prosperity will help the population-rich nations in Asia. Come 2030, Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria, Malaysia, South Africa, Iran, Pakistan, and Turkey are slowly taking this direction. Imagine if knowledge-rich-nations were enlightened enough to share knowledge and expand their scope.
Open like a book, a typical business plan; such notions were never classified as deep national secrets. Nevertheless, the Western governments played the 'globalization' games and failed, created the sacred 'information' age, destroyed millions of factories, and failed. Now mesmerized can only ask ChatGPT for economic answers. The rise of population-rich-nations and the lingering grave mistakes of the knowledge-rich-nations should become mandatory discussions before any serious local SME economy issue is highlighted. Henceforth, notice how a new world order of the global SMEs is on the rise amongst population rich-nations. Study more on Google.
Furthermore, why are they so afraid to stand up to the global age competitiveness of the once mighty knowledge-rich nations avoiding the bold national scale debates on how new jobs will be created and what is the future, if any, for their SME economic sectors?
The Children of 2000: Centuries ago, by the time a person acquired 'worldly knowledge,' it was just about time to die, today a teenager across the world has world knowledge, thanks to the Internet, the most significant invention ever and the greatest gift from the West to the world. The Children of 2000, born in the year and after, will start reaching 30 by 2030, the world's largest and most informed generation since the land before time. Is it possible that this post-internet generation will have far more required brain-power and worldly knowledge to understand and cope with global challenges and the common good? The present dying age of Machiavellianism struggled so hard during the last two and a half World Wars as their doctrine of seek and destroy thrived on dystopia. Today, it splits the global opinion on the availability of political and economic intelligentsia now thrown in the big dumpsters on the leading global strada. The power of special knowledge still rests with mostly the knowledge-rich-nations. Still, the remaining ocean of workable general and business knowledge is now free for the population-rich-nations to swim. Today, the quality of new global-age knowledge available in remote tribes, from mostly barely clad natives in rain forests to extremely isolated millions of villages around the world where digitally connected is enough to change the regional and economic behavior of the world. The dynamic growth of Population-Rich-Nations is glittering but in an Asian style, developing nationalism and mannerism while deeply rooted in civility and the common good.
Futurism calling: Knowledge-rich nations must rapidly relearn how to compete and survive against highly agile and low-cost brilliance, creating shine within some 100 emerging population-rich countries. The monopoly of knowledge has been shattered slowly. Now the time of National Mobilization has arrived to stand up to tidal waves of competitive skills. The Private Sectors of knowledge-rich nations critically need up-skilling to forget their past assurances and relearn future shortcomings to advance with new and better thinking. Collaborative global economic activity is a fine art, and understanding global diversity is a new science. Futurism calls for knowledge-rich nations to massive up-skilling to survive and take notice of such tsunamis. Were such topics ever debated on the national economic stage? Wonder why?
The survival of the fittest is the master collaborator: The time has come when the global economies desperately need immersion in the fundamental differences between the two; the 'physicality of work' and the 'mentality of performance.' Study the first industrial revolution of the mind and decide your market positioning as job searching challenges the national strategies to economic survival and compete in the global arena has brought them in dust, and now Economic Exorcism has become some possible option. From now on, open some spirited debates and international cooperation across dozens of nations, as this is where future prosperity is hidden. The upside-down world offers an opportune time to recreate a new vision and start collaborative processes based on global diversity and tolerance, all on a fast track. Ignoring the rise of the economic power of small and medium businesses worldwide is a grave mistake.
The Entrepreneurial March: Across the world, mainly in Asia, some Billion new entrepreneurs are on the march. Ministries of Trade and Economic Development Bodies of the world and Immigration Control Agencies need special skills and blueprints for creating large-scale special Visa programs to attract and allow such forces to energize their economies. Prerequisites are discovering why Western education and government programs failed to create new armies of entrepreneurs. So why can the new world of G20 miss the most critical topic of the national mobilization of small and medium business economies?
Why are such ideas considered a forbidden path, controlled by a trail of silence? Why not create a 10-year tax-free plan for all SMEs under USD$10 Million in turnover? Create and attract new armies of entrepreneurs. They become the fastest machines for new job creation. Eliminate all fees and unnecessary paperwork, subsidize telecommunication and exportability costs, but let them grow, and charge them taxes much later. The current knowledge base demonstrated by National Ministries of such departments must critically include special skills and deployment blueprints. All profiles of the staff within various Ministries and any economic development all available all across the world. Up-skilling is the top priority—study Google and what Expothon is tabling as new options.
The action: Why are there no such debates amongst nations, sector-by-sector or association-by-association, the trade groups caught in digital or mental divides, and economic development missing out on tempo? Fears of facing the truth, admitting missing the boats, or being unable to demonstrate skills on digitization, a freeze of action, support their silence. Nevertheless, there are hot spots; there are great open-minded teams. New leaders aggressively seek answers and explore new passages during the economic recovery. However, the majority of economies across the world are already on the precipice, as recovery is a long path but critically in need of dramatic actions and revolutionary executions, so what are the missing links, and who is ready to start some action as it is time to lay out some blueprints?
The next big step: National mobilization of entrepreneurialism will harness the restless citizenry, up-skilling exporters, and re-skilling manufacturers will uplift small and medium business economies. Nevertheless, highly skilled and dynamic teams to lead are critically essential. The rest is easy.
